Bi-weekly Cleanings
Our most common and favorite contract type is the bi-weekly service contract. This service requires the client to help with the upkeep between visits. Though we tackle the tough dirt and grime ourselves, some effort is needed in between visits as well.
Before getting on the Bi-weekly schedule we perform an initial clean to bring the home to an acceptable level of cleanliness to begin with.
Weekly Cleanings
Our weekly cleanings are for clients who are just too busy to keep up with the care of their home. Clients are only expected to control clutter problems and leave the rest to us. Of course if clutter is a major issue in a home we can also schedule time for organizational services as well.
Before getting on the weekly schedule we perform an initial clean to bring the home to an acceptable level of cleanliness to begin with.
Monthly Cleanings
Monthly cleanings are for the clients who are really good at keeping their home in order already. We tackle the tough jobs like scouring and scrubbing that sometimes slip; but the client does a lot of work between visits to maintain a sanitary environment.
Post Construction Cleanings
This is pretty self-explanatory. We clean up the mess the construction crew makes and make a place an inhabitable environment.
We prefer post construction residential but are willing to accept post construction commercial on a case by case basis.
Move In or Move Out Cleanings
We scrub the cabinets and under appliances to make your new or former home shine! Having our services provided for move outs often helps make sure you get all of your security deposit back. (assuming there is not physical damage to the location)
Hourly Services
Working on a budget? We can schedule you for a pre-specified amount of time to tackle your worst chores. This works well for people with homes where the clutter or grime has begun to get out of control and the owner is becoming overwhelmed.
Also known as the initial clean, we get the nooks and crannies shining! We require this service before starting a service contract. We also advise that contracted clients schedule a deep cleaning once or twice a year as well.
Organizational Services
It is so easy to let clutter get the best of a home. When your home starts looking like something off of Mission Organization, it is time to get some help! We offer a non-sentimental eye to help weed out the clutter. We often recommend clients be home for this service.
